骨质增生(骨刺)的形成和治疗方法及偏方疗法

骨刺也叫骨质增生,是骨骼发生退行性病变的一种病症。表现为骨骼在生长、发育及其完成功能过程中,某些部分失去正常形态,它是中老年人的常见病、疑难病。其多发生在脊柱和关节处,增生骨刺压迫神经肌肉产生肿胀、麻木、疼痛等症状,颈、腰椎骨质增生还因压迫颈动脉、椎动脉、神经系统而导致头晕、头痛、耳鸣、恶心、呕吐、四肢无力等症状,严重者可导致中风、偏瘫、肌肉萎缩、大小便失禁等。但日常生活中,许多人对这种常见病症的认识是有偏差的,存在着诸多误区。加强对骨刺的认识,对人们防病、治病是大有好处的。那么,对骨刺认识的误区究竟有哪些呢?

 

误区一:并非人到老都会长骨刺这是认识上的误区,其实,所有的人到老都会长骨刺。随着人体的衰老,骨钙的丢失慢慢开始大于吸收,骨头的承受力开始减弱。人体出于自我保护,在骨髂力量较弱的地方长出“多余”的骨头,也就是骨刺。长骨刺是人体自我保护的结果,绝大多数的骨刺并无临床表现。只是有时候骨刺周围的软组织如韧带等,不适应骨刺的出现,人就会不舒服,感觉到痛或是产生炎症。

 

误区二:长了骨刺不需要锻炼这种观点是不正确的。我们知道,随着人体的衰老,骨质逐渐发生退变,大多数中老年人都有不同程度的骨刺产生。骨刺引起的颈、腰、膝、足的疼痛一般是慢性的,时轻时重。其原因常常并不是因骨刺本身,而是由于骨刺刺激了周围的软组织,引起软组织的炎症和肿胀造成的。为了保持脊柱、膝、踝关节的灵活性,减少骨刺对周围软组织的干扰,适当地进行体育活动是非常必要的。运动量的大小因人而异,以运动后关节的疼痛和肿胀不加重为度。若关节疼痛则应休息几天,待症状减轻后再进行锻炼。

 

误区三:按摩可以消除骨刺是无法根治的,即使可能去除也还会再长。按摩的目的是缓解症状,促进血液循环,舒筋活血。但是别指望以此彻底消除骨刺。

 

  骨刺存在如此之普遍,所以做好预防是十分重要的,主要预防方法如下:

适量锻炼适当活动,特别是关节的正确运动,可以增加关节腔内的负压,有利于关节液向关节软骨的渗透,减轻关节软骨的退变,从而减轻或预防骨刺的发生。因此,适当的体育锻炼是预防骨质增生的有效方法之一。

 

保持正确的工作、学习姿势。人体骨骼的排列是与其所承受的应力一致的,当人长期采取不正确姿势工作、学习时,如过度低头看书、长期一个动作操作电脑、弯腰拾物等,使骨骼的受力长期不均,就容易在过度运动的部位产生骨刺,以缓解局部应力过大的状况。为此,工作、学习时采取正确的姿势,是最方便、最廉价、最有效的预防骨刺的方法。

 

补钙随着寿命的延长,人体成骨能力降低,破骨能力相对加剧,即骨吸收大于骨形成,特别是50岁以上的中老年人,逐渐发生骨质疏松,血中甲状旁腺激素增加,降钙素含量也增加。甲状旁腺激素增加的后果是破骨活跃,使得骨超量脱钙。而降钙素的增加则加速新骨的形成。通过补钙,增加钙质的吸收,最终能达到既防治骨质增生,又防治骨质疏松的目的。另外,控制体重、减轻关节压力等,也能有效地防止骨刺的发生。
